What's in the box?

The Booster Pro X2 device, a user manual and a USB charging cable. No skincare is included, and Medicube notes the product includes a charging cable only, with no wall adapter.

How do I charge it?

With a USB Type-C cable at an input of DC 5V and a maximum of 2A. The cable comes in the box; plug it into a USB power source within those limits.

Do I need the app?

No. The standard modes work without it. The AGE-R app, connected over Bluetooth, adds AI mode, Dual mode customization, remote control and personalized reports, and the device reconnects automatically once paired.

Can I use it every day?

Most modes, yes: one to three times a day with skincare. Air Shot is the exception, at two to three times a week. Most sessions take about five to ten minutes.

Which skincare should I pair it with?

Hydrating and nourishing products such as serums, ampoules, creams and sheet masks. Introduce exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA, PHA), retinol or high-strength vitamin C gradually, and follow each product's own directions.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It has six adjustable intensity levels, so you can start at a lower level and increase as your skin gets used to it. Medicube lists it for combination, dry, normal and oily skin.

Are there areas to avoid?

Yes. Don't use it directly over the Adam's apple at the front of the neck or too close to the eyes, and follow the areas shown in the user guide.

How is it different from the original Booster Pro?

The X2 has an upgraded, larger dual head with twice the power output and twice the electrodes, plus the new Dual mode, Mask mode and AI-personalized care through the AGE-R app.
