usebelline.com is operated by Belline, an independent US online retailer of genuine, sealed overstock beauty tech, hair care, skincare and home tech such as vacuums, electric toothbrushes and water flossers. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We deliver only to US addresses (section 5).
By ordering, you confirm that your details are correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method you chose.
The confirmation email means we received your order; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error or we cannot verify the payment, and we tell you by email.
To change the address, cancel or add an item, reply to the confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering. Once the label is printed, the order ships as placed and changes go through the returns policy.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
Payments are processed by our checkout provider, and Belline never sees or stores your full card number.
Every order leaves a US warehouse within 1 business day; orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery time is processing plus transit, and business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates; the shipping policy has the details.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email support@use-belline.com with your order number and the reason; we reply with a prepaid label within one business day, and there is no restocking fee.
Devices and tools, including home tech, must be unused and complete, in the original box with every attachment and the manual; hair care, skincare and body care sealed and unopened, unless it arrived damaged or wrong; accessories and bags unworn, with tags.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return reaches our warehouse. The returns policy has the full conditions.
Every item bought on usebelline.com carries a 90-day Belline warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects that appear under normal use. We replace the item first; if it is no longer available, you choose an equivalent item or a full refund.
It does not cover accidental, drop or liquid damage; misuse or use against the manufacturer's instructions, including the wrong voltage; normal wear, cosmetic wear and consumables such as filters, brush heads, pads and bristles; repairs or modifications by others; or items not bought on usebelline.com. The warranty page explains how to claim.
A manufacturer's warranty mentioned on a product page or image belongs to the manufacturer: for overstock its terms vary by brand, it is claimed with them, and Belline does not administer or extend it.
We describe each product from the manufacturer's specifications. Colors can vary slightly between screens and production runs.
Overstock is limited and can sell out at any time. We may correct errors in descriptions, prices or availability; section 3 covers affected orders. An item materially different from its description can be returned under the returns policy.
Heat tools, LED and IPL devices come with the manufacturer's instructions: read and follow them. Misuse is not a defect.
Belline is an independent retailer, not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any of the brands we sell. Brand names, product names and logos on this website belong to their owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell.
If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you grant Belline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish it on this website and in our marketing. You confirm it is yours and reflects your own experience.
