Order by Tuesday, December 15 with standard shipping, or by Thursday, December 17 with express, to have it by Wednesday, December 23. The countdown in the announcement bar tracks these dates — when it closes, we stop promising the date and say so.
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed. Movement can take up to 48 hours to appear after that — the gap is normal and does not mean the package is lost. If tracking goes quiet for more than 3 business days, write support@belline-ofc.com with your order number and we chase the carrier for you.
Reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering and we fix the address before it ships. After that, the carrier controls the package; we'll help you redirect it where the carrier allows.
