To fulfil an order: name, shipping address, email, phone (for the carrier), and what you bought.
To run the store: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the referring site or ad.
Payment: handled by our checkout provider. Belline never sees or stores your full card number.

Why

To ship what you ordered and email you about it (confirmation, tracking, delivery updates).
To answer your support requests.
To measure which pages and ads work, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
To meet tax and legal obligations.

What never happens

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not send marketing email you did not ask for; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works.
We do not keep your card details.

Cookies and pixels

This site uses cookies and similar pixels for the cart, for basic analytics and to attribute sales to the ads that brought you here (including advertising platforms such as Meta). You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.

Who we share with

Only the providers needed to run the store: the checkout and payment provider, the warehouse and carriers, the email provider for order updates, and the advertising and analytics platforms named above. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

Email support@belline-ofc.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA; you may still request access or deletion at the same address.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
