What comes in the box?

The CameraJet toothbrush with flosser, the refill dock, the travel case, the anti-gravity tank, two dual-bristle brush heads, the USB-C to pogo-pin cable and the lithium-ion battery.

Do I need the app?

The brush works on its own, but the camera is the point: the live footage, the coverage map and the insights live in the MyDyson app, which connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

What liquid goes in the tank?

The anti-gravity tank holds 0.67 fl oz and the dock reservoir 6.76 fl oz. Dyson recommends SLS-free, non-foaming formulas; toothpaste and mouthwash are not included.

How long does the battery last?

Dyson rates it at up to 10 days, and the battery is swappable. It charges through a waterproof magnetic USB-C to pogo-pin cable, or on the dock.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes. It is rated IPX7, which covers immersion of up to one metre for up to 30 minutes.

How often do I change the brush head?

Dentists recommend every three months. Each head is RFID-enabled, so the brush monitors wear and tells you in the app when it is time.

Is there a softer brush head?

Yes — Dyson sells a Sensitive head separately, along with its own sensitive non-foaming toothpaste. Only genuine Dyson CameraJet heads fit.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box with every part and the manual. If it turns out to be defective, our 90-day warranty covers it and we send a replacement first.
