No. Kérastase states that Genesis is not a hair loss product. It addresses hair fall due to breakage, meaning strands that snap from brushing, heat styling or chemical processing, not genetic or medical hair loss. For root-level hair loss, the brand recommends seeing a dermatologist.

When and how often do I apply it?

Every day, on a damp, towel-dried scalp after shampoo and conditioner or a hair mask. On days you don't wash, you can apply it to a dry scalp. Don't rinse it out; blow-dry or let your hair air-dry.

How much do I use?

One dose is one pipette filled to the black dosage line. Use up to four doses, section by section, focusing on the areas where you notice lower density or the most breakage, then massage over the whole scalp.

Can I use it on colored hair?
