Theragun Relief uses a gentler level of Therabody's percussive massage, made for people who want a milder, soothing massage that still eases aches, tension and stiffness. One button runs everything, the triangle grip helps you reach more of your body, and it weighs 1.37 lb.
Relief delivers a 10 mm percussive stroke, a gentler level of massage for anyone who prefers a lighter touch on sore, stiff muscles.
Press and hold to turn it on, then tap the same button to move between low, medium and high. LED indicators show the speed you're on.
The Dampener eases tender spots near bones, the Standard Ball works across the whole body, and the Thumb targets the lower back, trigger points and knots.
How to use
Glide the device across the area you want to treat, with light to moderate pressure, and spend about 15 to 20 seconds there before moving on. Therabody suggests up to 2 minutes on any one area of the body.

Therabody rates it at about 120 minutes per charge. Turn it off, then charge with the included USB-C cable and your own adapter. The button light flashes while charging and turns solid green when the battery is full.

Therabody says Relief works with most attachments from earlier Theragun generations. Attachments made for the Theragun PRO Plus and Prime Plus do not fit it.
No. The device does not shut off automatically, so long-press the button until it powers down when you finish.
Therabody advises checking with a medical professional first if you are pregnant, recently injured or had surgery, or have conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis or a bleeding disorder. Don't use it directly on the face, head, throat, neck or genitals, or over rashes, open wounds or bruises.
Turn it off and wipe the device and attachments with a disinfectant wipe. It is not waterproof, so keep water and other liquids out of the device and the charging port.
