Which skin types is it for?

Shark developed CryoGlow on all skin types and skin tones. It is meant for adults 18 and over, of any gender.

How often can I use it?

The light modes are set for one session a day. Under-Eye Revive, the cooling mode, can be used several times a day.

What are the four modes?

Better Aging (red and infrared, 6 minutes), Skin Clearing (blue and infrared, finishing with red, 8 minutes), Skin Sustain (red, blue and infrared, 4 minutes) and Under-Eye Revive (cooling, adjustable from 5 to 15 minutes).

Which wavelengths does it use?

Red at 630 nm, blue at 415 nm and deep infrared at 830 nm, delivered by 160 tri-wick LEDs, or 480 light sources in total.

When should I use Skin Sustain?

After you complete an 8-week cycle of Better Aging or Skin Clearing. It is a short 4-minute session meant to help keep skin looking bright.

What comes in the box?

The CryoGlow LED mask, the remote, clip-on chill pads and a USB-C charging cable. The charging stand is a separate accessory and is not included.

How is it powered?

It runs on a rechargeable battery and charges with the included USB-C cable.

Is there anything to check before the first session?

Yes. Shark publishes a list of contraindications for CryoGlow. Read it in the manual before your first session, and skip the mask if any of them apply to you.
