Which skin types is it for?

Shark developed CryoGlow on all skin types and skin tones. It is meant for adults 18 and over, of any gender.

How often can I use it?

The light modes are set for one session a day. Under-Eye Revive, the cooling mode, can be used several times a day.

What are the four modes?

Better Aging (red and infrared, 6 minutes), Skin Clearing (blue and infrared, finishing with red, 8 minutes), Skin Sustain (red, blue and infrared, 4 minutes) and Under-Eye Revive (cooling, adjustable from 5 to 15 minutes).

Which wavelengths does it use?

When should I use Skin Sustain?

Yes. Shark publishes a list of contraindications for CryoGlow. Read it in the manual before your first session, and skip the mask if any of them apply to you.
