TheraFace PRO swaps between magnetic heads: an LED ring with three light options, a microcurrent ring, three percussive massage heads and a cleansing ring. An OLED screen shows your settings, and the device beeps every 15 seconds to help you time each step.
Red light at 633 nm and red plus infrared at 830 nm are intended to reduce wrinkles around the eyes, and blue light at 415 nm is intended for mild to moderate acne. A proximity sensor brings the ring to full brightness at about half an inch from the face.
The microcurrent ring, used over the included conductive gel, delivers gentle stimulation that Therabody says helps firm and tighten the look of skin and improve muscle tone in the face and neck. It has three intensity levels.
Cone, Micro-Point and Flat heads run at 1750, 2100 and 2400 rpm with a gentle 3 mm amplitude to ease tension in the face, jaw and neck. The cleansing ring removes build-up of dirt and oil and can be washed under water.

How to use it
Start with a clean, dry face, attach the head you want and power on. One beep every 15 seconds helps you time each area, and three beeps mean a light or microcurrent session is done. The Therabody app adds guided, aesthetician-designed routines over Bluetooth.
The LED ring gives red, blue or red plus infrared light, the microcurrent ring gives gentle stimulation over conductive gel, the three percussive heads massage the face, neck and chest, and the cleansing ring cleans away dirt, oil and debris.
Yes. Therabody lists contraindications for each head, including a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy and pregnancy, plus light sensitivity for the LED ring. Read the full list on its precautions page first.
Therabody sets it at 5 to 8 minutes, once in a 24-hour period, and the ring shuts off automatically after 8 minutes. Always apply the conductive gel first, and keep it off the eye area and the midline of the neck.
No. Hold it about 0.5 inches from the skin. A proximity sensor keeps the light dim until the device is at that distance, which also cuts glare.
Yes. Therabody lists TheraFace PRO as FDA-cleared on its US product page.
Through the USB-C port at the base, with the included USB-A to USB-C cable and any standard USB adapter. It charges faster with a USB-C adapter, and the device does not run while charging.
The device is water resistant but not waterproof: wipe it with a damp cloth or an alcohol-free wipe. The cleansing ring is the only part that can be washed fully under water.
The TheraFace PRO device, Cone, Micro-Point and Flat percussive heads, the microcurrent ring, the LED ring, the cleansing ring, TheraOne conductive gel (1.7 oz), a soft carrying bag, a stand and a USB-A to USB-C cable. Hot and cold rings are sold separately.
