Cordless LED face mask
TheraFace Mask Glo covers the whole face, including around the eyes and mouth, with 504 LEDs. Its preset routine runs four minutes each of red, red plus infrared and blue light while the head straps give a gentle scalp massage. It is fully cordless, so you can move around during a session.
Therabody says red light at 633 nm helps reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots, and red plus infrared at 633 and 830 nm supports the skin's natural collagen for a firmer look.
Blue light at 415 nm targets acne-causing bacteria and helps keep new bacteria from growing, according to Therabody. It runs as the last four minutes of the preset routine.
Vibration built into the adjustable head straps gives a gentle scalp massage for relaxation during the routine. There is also a 12-minute vibration-only preset for days without light.

Hands-free routine
With no cord or remote, the mask stays on while you read, scroll or rest. A full charge gives about 60 minutes of use, rated with the 12-minute routine and vibration, and it recharges with the included USB-C cable. The eye shield comes in the box.
The preset routine takes 12 minutes: four minutes of red, four of red plus infrared and four of blue light, with scalp vibration. Therabody lists treatment times from 4 to 12 minutes.
Therabody's study used the 12-minute preset once a day, six days a week, with the vibration-only preset on the seventh day.
