How long does a session take?

About 10 minutes for the full routine: a warm prep, the exfoliating gel, the water-powered extraction, the hydrator, then a cooling finish with DePuffi.

How often should I use it?

The extraction facial is designed as a weekly routine. The DePuffi attachment is made for daily use, on cooling or warming.

What does the clear tank tell me?

It shows what the extraction lifted. A makeup tint means makeup or sunscreen, cloudy water means excess oil, floating particles are dead surface skin cells, and clear water means pores were already clear.

Shark designed it to form a gentle seal that flushes out buildup without compromising the skin barrier, and the set includes gentle tips alongside the normal ones.

Can I use DePuffi beyond the face?

Yes. Shark suggests the warm InstaHeat setting on the neck, the back or any tense spot.

Can I return it after trying it?
